​For more than 34 years, Ms. McCrary, with the highest lawyer rating by Martindale-Hubbell, has been a trusted advocate for clients with their most personal and private family disputes. She has the legal expertise and sensitivity to defend and protect clients’ rights in relation to marriage, child custody, visitation, spousal and child support, alimony, division of property, adoption, prenuptial agreements and more. ​

Ms. McCrary is a Rule 31 certified mediator and is licensed to practice in all Tennessee courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court. She has served in leadership roles with the Memphis Bar Association, Association for Women Attorneys, and the Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women. She is a member of the Leo Bearman, Sr., American Inns of Court, Memphis ADR Inns of Court, a Fellow of the Memphis Bar Foundation, and a frequent presenter at Continuing Legal Education courses on family and mediation practice.

Ms. McCrary received her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!).
